Lucy Cherkasets Montin leads the interview and career coaching division at Clarity Media Group, a communications consulting firm that helps everyone from Fortune 500 CEOs to job candidates bring clarity to their ideas through media training and career coaching.

Lucy began her career in human resources at LaForce + Stevens, a prestigious public relations firm in New York City. In 2008, Lucy relocated to London where she served as Director of Human Resources for PRCo, an international luxury travel PR firm.  She worked across all of PRCo's seven international offices, focusing special attention on New York, London, Moscow and Munich. After interviewing over 1,000 candidates as an HR and recruitment specialist, Lucy identified a real need for job seekers to better prepare for interviews and other aspects of the job hunt.

Lucy is fluent in Russian, and proficient in French and Spanish. In addition to her work with Clarity Media Group, she is the New York representative at the United Nations for Russia's oldest NGO, The Federation of Peace and Reconciliation and a long time volunteer with The TEAK Fellowship.
